At Surface Solutions, we are committed to providing high-quality soft washing and gutter cleaning services. We understand that scheduling changes may arise, and we strive to accommodate our customers as best as possible. Please review our refund policy below.
Deposits & Cancellations

A deposit is required to secure your booking.

Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled service.

If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a new appointment date.
Refund Eligibility
We stand by our work, and if you are unsatisfied with the results, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

Service was not completed as agreed due to an issue on our end.

Visible and verifiable concerns about service quality that were reported immediately after the job.

Extenuating circumstances, reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
No Refunds in Certain Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:

Same-day cancellations (deposit is non-refundable).

Dissatisfaction due to unrealistic expectations beyond the scope of service.

Property conditions beyond our control (e.g., pre-existing stains, structural damage).

Customer no-shows or failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time.
Refund Process
